  • A technical report generated in your browser — no values, no file name, no table names
  • You email that report to me. You never send the database
  • Within one business day (Mon–Fri, GMT+8): my verdict on what’s wrong and whether it can be saved
  • If it can: a repair profile written for your database — I write it, you run it
  • If it can’t: I refund you in full, the same day
